A hands on therapy, Osteopathy works in alignment with your bodies own innate healing mechanism to restore health and regain tissue balance. In our fast paced world, sometimes a health- reset is needed to feel like ourselves again.
As an Osteopathic Practitioner Trisha respects the contribution of mind, body and spirit to health.
While remaining grounded in anatomy, Trisha uses gentle manual techniques to influence muscles, joints, nerves, connective tissue, circulation and internal organs. All treatments are preformed with your clothes on in a position comfortable to you (typically lying on your back.)

More about Osteopathy?
- In the 1860's medical doctor, husband and father, Dr. Andrew Taylor Still faced great personal crisis. He lost his wife due to childbirth complications and three children to spinal meningitis. Not long after, the daughter born to his second wife, died of pneumonia. His inability to save his family, coupled with his grim experiences as a Civil War doctor, led him to reject most of what he had learned about medicine in search for new and better methods. He began to explore the structural relationships of bones, muscles, and organs in both animal and human skeletons. He became convinced that most diseases could be alleviated or cured without drugs. The key was to find and correct anatomical deviations that interfered with the free flow of blood and "nerve force" in the body.
