Maternity Leave - Trisha and her husband are thrilled to be expecting their first little one in the fall of 2026. Therefore, August schedule could result in last minute changes. If you think you would require a appointment in the next few months, please book in sooner rather than later.

Trisha Gilks is a Osteopathic Practitioner from the 5-year program at the Canadian School of Osteopathy in Vancouver, B.C. She is an active member of the provincial association OsteopathyBC. She has been practicing clinically as an Athletic Therapist for 10 years, graduating with a degree in Athletic & Exercise Therapy from Camosun College in 2013. She remains a member in good standing with the Athletic Therapy Association of BC as well as the Canadian Athletic Therapists Association.

Education, client-practitioner trust and palpatory perception are the cornerstones of her practice. She is passionate about healing and holistic health.
